It's pumpkin season! This means that pumpkin should be included in EVERYTHING! Right!?!? I think so! These little pumpkin chocolate chip munchies are so yummy! They are super simple to make and are so fluffy and moist...literally perfect!
Ingredients:
(makes around 2 dozen munchies)
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Add ingredients 1-10 together in the same bowl. I have a KitchenAid standup mixer, so I just turn the mixer on to setting 2 and add the ingredients one-at-a-time and it mixes it for me as I add them! If you only have a handheld mixer, just simply add the ingredients one-by-one and mix in between. These ingredients do not need to be added in a specific order, nor in separate bowls.
Add in the flour slowly and in small amounts to avoid making a mess. Stir until combined.
Add the chocolate chips last (and feel free to add more to suit your chocolate cravings!).
Plop the delicious dough onto your pan by the spoonful, allowing 1-2 inches between munchies. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven, place on a cooling rack, and let cool.
This last step is very important. Eat and enjoy!!!
